Of many panels and resistant handhelds 2007 August 7 This comic based on a conversation between me and a Forum member in the irc.drshnaps.com network. His DS had fallen on solid concrete quite a few times and was running fine. I must say mine fell on the sidewalk once too... and also once in my cousin's head. Don't ask. Of course, I'm not being a fanboy here; I'm pretty aware of many sad events involving DS systems snapping in half, as well as the infamous crack on the side of many DS lites. It's just plastic; and plastic breaks. But still, it's susprising how these things can take hits. My cell phone has kissed the floor more times than pope Jhon Paul and it's doing fine. This comic's a png this time around, and sadly the dithering reduced image quality greatly. I really should stop making long comics like that. Specially since the longer it takes, the less motivation I have to finish them. The joke doesn't look as great as I once believed it was, and then there's the struggle to keep it at a decent filesize. I'm sorry for you dial-up users. This'll take a while. Still, I can't say it wasn't fun drawing those arabs. And explosions. Everyone likes explosions. "But dude shouldn't they say Allah instead of God because they're Muslins and stuff?" Well, you see, they've surrended to the americans now, and americans seem to prefer using God instead of Allah, so there. Also, the Poketard award goes to whoever can tell me which pokemon they're talking about in the last panel.
